I am not a tea drinker, just do it for the health benefits. I add this to my Traditional Med Green Tea to mask the taste of the green tea which I do not like. This chamomile tea is sweet and smells great. If I am bloated or have a tummy ache, I make a cup with 2 bags and it really helps.
